This visa is issued to foreigners who intend visiting Lebanon for recreation, relaxation, and sightseeing. Applicants of this visa may also want to visit their friends and relatives residing in the country. If you are visiting a friend or relative in the country, a letter of invitation from your host is required. The letter should include the home address, telephone number, and valid means of identification of the host. Foreigners on this visa cannot be enrolled in any of the institutions of learning in the country. A letter from your employer approving your leave and stating continuing employment on return from the trip. Applicants are strongly advised to have a valid visa containing sufficient blank pages for stamps. Note that amendment pages of a passport are not acceptable for visa stamps. If you are under the age of 18, you are required to submit the original copy of your birth certificate. If you will be traveling with one or none of your parents, a notarized consent signed by both your parents should be submitted. Travelers on this visa are expected to provide proof of the incentive of returning to their country at the expiry of their visa. A receipt that indicates that payment of visa application fee has been made. Travelers on this visa cannot take up employment whilst in the country.
